Who We Help

It’s important with newborns and infants to check that their nerve system and joint structures are working properly, so that they can eat, sleep, grow and develop optimally. Many of the common childhood complaints that people assume are “normal” can be addressed by restoring optimal joint and nervous system function.

As kids enter the toddler phase, their newfound mobility often leads to bumps and falls that can affect their spine and nervous system. And with school-aged kids, playing sports and other activities can cause misalignments.

What to Expect

With over 20 years of experience working with kids, we offer education on what being proactive about spinal health and neurological health involves and the ways in which chiropractic care may be able to help set the foundation for optimal health for life.

For kiddos who are nervous, we take our time to build rapport with them before beginning any care. Dr. Darrin has four kids of his own, so he’s adept at speaking to kids on their level and building trust with them. Assessments and adjustments for babies are incredibly gentle—many newborns sleep right through their whole appointment!
